When did you last do something just for you? Come exhale.
You spend your days holding space for everyone else. The clients, the students, the patients, the family members. And somewhere in all of that, your own needs got buried.
Embers of Soulstice is a full-day sober healing retreat built for the helpers, the caretakers, survivors and the people who are tired of running on empty. We built this day for you.
What to Expect
Six hours of intentional rest, restoration, and community.
Every element of this day is designed to resource your nervous system, not deplete it.

When was the last time you checked in with yourself?
Suffering Break offers a gentle interruption to the habits that pull you away from your own needs. The design speaks quietly but lands with intention, asking you to pause and tend to the parts of you that often go unheard.
This tote supports folx who are learning to care for themselves with honesty instead of urgency. The message becomes a reminder to slow your pace, listen inward, and honor whatever is asking for attention. It is a simple object that holds a subtle invitation to treat yourself with the same compassion you offer others.
Carry it as a signal to breathe, to notice, and to return to what matters inside you.
What shifts in you when you slow down long enough to really see yourself?
Feeling Free is designed to meet you in that pause. The arrangement of the words invites your attention to soften, drift, and return, much like the way healing asks you to sit with what rises until it reveals something honest.
This tote speaks to folx learning to trust their inner signals and to let feeling guide them back into themselves. As your gaze moves across the design, it offers a quiet reminder that clarity grows in the moments you choose presence over rushing.
Carry it as a small anchor through your day, a companion for the parts of you practicing freedom one sensation at a time.
What changes in you when the words used to define you begin to open instead of restrict you?
This design plays with that tension. At first glance it appears simple, yet the longer you sit with it, the more it reveals. The crossword format turns labels into pathways and turns what once felt like a burden into a map of your interior world.
Sensitive becomes a form of intelligence.
Existence becomes a truth you no longer have to justify.
Present becomes a practice of being fully alive.
This sticker is a quiet shift in perspective. A reminder that you are not too much, not misinterpreting your reality, not weak for feeling deeply. You are attuned. You are aware. You are here.
Place it somewhere you will see it often. Let it interrupt old narratives and invite a new one to take root.
