Booth & logistics

Booth format: All vendors are assigned a standard 8'x5' space with one table (4ft or 6ft). Booth fee is $50 plus 10% of your day's proceeds, collected at the end of the event. A limited number of tent spots are available for an additional $20 site fee. Specific booth dimensions will be provided upon acceptance. No umbrellas permitted.

Community support

EmbersBySW Vendor Fund: We are holding a limited number of community-supported vendor spots for survivor-led small businesses and former foster youth-led small businesses. The fee for these spots is 10% of proceeds only. Please be honest and mindful. These spots are limited and reserved for those who qualify.
