What the body begins to release, the breath needs space to meet. This guided yoga session moves you through intentional poses designed to help you access what is underneath, soften what has been held, and begin to make room for what you carry. You will be led, you will not be left alone in it. Bring what is true. The body will hold it.

Healing lives in the body and sometimes it needs to be nourished. This herbal mocktail experience is an accessible, intentional offering designed to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and savor what has been sitting still. No experience necessary. Every level is welcome. 

This is your time to eat, move through the vendor space, and connect with the community around you. Browse the silent auction featuring wellness products, self care items, services, and memberships, all curated to support the work you are doing and the life you are building.

After a day of depth, we make space for play. A free flowing art space, this creative session is an invitation to reconnect with the part of you that may be feeling tender after the work. Your inner child is welcome here. This is the light at the end of the day, a soft and joyful landing before you carry what you have learned back out into the world.

The networking hour is an open space to meet the people who are walking similar paths, swap stories, and build community before the day closes.

The vendor market is an open space to browse, connect, and support the small businesses and healers who showed up to be part of this container. Every purchase is its own form of community care. 

The honoree presentation is a moment to slow down and lift up someone whose work in community has gone seen and unseen. We gather to say thank you, to name the impact, and to remind them that the labor of healing others does not go unnoticed.
